Today in anatomy I had the opportunity to perform an autopsy on a banana. We made a transversal cut in order to decapitate our patient. My team and I then did a second transversal cut to remove the lower half of the body. we placed the lower body and the head separate from the remaining cadaver. we later recorded what the cuts looked like. Afterwards we performed a sagittal on the rest of the body then made a medial slit in the head of the patient . After we recorded that last bit of information we cleared our station and disposed of the banana.
